I have to give a poor rating. I placed an order at the end of April. It's now December, and I've still not received it. For a couple of months, I was calling and emailing. No progress was made. It really sucks because I was really excited and looking forward to my personalized order. And it wasn't cheap either. Update: It has already been 2 weeks and not a single update. Update: No refund has been issued yet.
Just like the other one-star reviews, I placed an order for a full moon jar over two months ago (November 15) and still have not received any tracking information. My email inquiry from December 6 was ignored until today (January 22), when I contacted the website again. I have tried to contact Bodhi on tik tok and she has brushed me off on there as well. I have ordered several times from here. I have received items that I had ordered. However, I had been messaging the site in order to get updates on orders as far back as January. Never heard anything just automated messages. Finally had to go through PayPal in order to correct the issue. Could only get refunds for 2 of the 4 orders because it had been so long for two.
