They’ve been super helpful and clear with the whole process , this is my first time ever financing a car and my credits average and they went over and beyond to approve me for my new Chevy !
He was not professional. He ask ask me to give him 2 mm to let me know if he will accept my offer or not . So I went outside and I was waiting but it took a more than 10 mm so I went back inside to check what's going on . I found him started another transaction with new customer and forgot about me.
I contacted 1A Auto Way to purchase a used car. I ended up buying the car on the first visit and the experience was painless. We worked with the Assistant Manager who stayed open late to show us the car. There were no high pressure sales or misrepresentation of information. It was a great deal for the car. They have a 3 month warranty and no hidden fees. It looks a little rundown, but that means there's not a lot of overhead to pass on.

My husband and I have bought three cars from this dealership. Our very first car was purchased here. We had wanted one that saves on gasoline and is sturdy, and Jay worked his way to fulfill our requests and picked out one that fell within our tight budget. We loved the car!! But due to irresponsible drivers (one was drunk, and the other not looking before they sped their car out of their driveway) on the road and got our car totaled, we eventually had to come back to 1A Auto Way to buy a second and eventually a third one. Dealer didn't contact me through CarGurus, but responded after call to dealership. Agreed to deliver vehicle to my mechanic, who said "no." Dealer not happy, but that's life. I trust the person I've relied on for years.
These folks rubbed me the wrong way. The condition of the car was not as good as they claimed and the car wasn't clean. A little detailing would have gone a long way. There was also a minor language barrier that made negotiations more difficult.
Car needed work. Didn't like location/dealer
