Hello, So far we have had pretty horrifying customer service. We spent $9k on a golf cart and within 30 minutes an extra part we paid to have installed fell off. We called to see if we could get that piece repaired and Kimberly was adamant she couldn't help without a picture of the piece that was missing (because it fell off in the middle of a golf course).
