We just purchased a new Carrier Plus 6P Golf Cart from 19th Hole Golf Carts. The reason we selected 19th Hole was due to the many 5/Star reviews and impeccable reputation. Several members of the Temecula community advised us to check them out and we are glad we did. We needed a golf cart to get around our 108-acre Southern Calif Fair and Events Center. Robin and Angie were so easy to work with and helpful every step of the way. This has been such an enjoyable experience and cannot wait to begin using our new golf cart!

We just purchased an Evolution golf cart from 19th Hole Golf Carts. We were not sure what we wanted, but the knowledge and professionalism that was shared with us helped us to make our decision. They have a good inventory of carts, so we weren't locked in to a specific brand. The detail that was given to us about the different golf carts available in the market and their features and benefits (both new and used) enabled us to decide on the Evolution. The worst experience ever, they dont know their own products, older lady working there. No people skills, Dont buy from these clowns
Avoid at all costs. I was assaulted by their mechanics who sprayed black spray paint directly into my eye due to his anger issues. I wish I could post the pictures of the spray paint in my eye. Sheriffs called and notes taken. I should have pressed charges and had him arrested, but I did not want to harm his family for his stupidity, if he was married. This could happen to you. Hello, So far we have had pretty horrifying customer service. We spent $9k on a golf cart and within 30 minutes an extra part we paid to have installed fell off. We called to see if we could get that piece repaired and Kimberly was adamant she couldn't help without a picture of the piece that was missing (because it fell off in the middle of a golf course).
