Verified Renter The staff are quite friendly and accommodating! The building is cleaned frequently and the amenities well maintained. The cleaning staff are also incredibly sweet and thorough. It is a bit pricey but the building is largely worth the cost.

Verified Renter So Far, I like living here. Close to Georgetown and DCA (8-10 minutes). A lot to explore. Lots of loving pets (dogs) here. I enjoy being greeted by the front desk people whenever I go down or get back in from work.

Verified Renter I moved in this past January from another building in Arlington. I have been very happy with this building! It has the amenities I need, great location (walkable to metro and other shops), and feel like I never can hear my neighbors. I would highly recommend this building to a friend.

Verified Renter So far it’s been pretty great. I had some issues on move in day because the front desk gave the loading dock to someone else even tho I had it reserved. They tried to accommodate us both but I still ended up having to pay my movers more because they went over time.

Verified Renter So far, so good! I've only been a resident for a week but I've found the staff and fellow residents friendly and helpful. I noted a few minor issues with the apartment when I moved in and maintenance arrived within the day when I submitted a repair request on the online portal. None of the issues were urgent, but someone read and responded to the submission right away.

Great building, awful management Management here is inept verging on indifferent. Their communication with the community could not be any worse. Their maintenance, construction projects and fire alarm testing is always communicated at the last-minute or not at all. They seem to think their residents should spend all their time working around the property manager's schedule.
