Great building, awful management Management here is inept verging on indifferent. Their communication with the community could not be any worse. Their maintenance, construction projects and fire alarm testing is always communicated at the last-minute or not at all. They seem to think their residents should spend all their time working around the property manager's schedule. Verified Renter I’ve been really impressed with the 1919 complex. The lobby is always clean and the 24/7 front desk staff always put a smile on my face with their kindness! The amenities are also always clean. The staff is also very communicative of any updates or renovations that will be occurring in advance. Lastly, the units themselves are updated and spacious. The location is perfect as well with lots of areas to walk my dog, restaurants, etc.
