Clean, safe and overall great apartment I’ve lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it. It’s in a great area with great walking spots, food and workout classes nearby. You can get to DC in 20 min via metro with walking inc. Super dog friendly!!! All of the staff are unbelievably kind. Brian and Tre on the weekdays are amazing!! Maintenance is quick and nice. The people make the experience living here 10x better. Such a welcoming and beautiful apartment. I don’t see myself living anywhere else in the DMW.

Hi, your wonderful feedback and rating mean a lot to us. Kindest regards, 19Nineteen Management
Wow just wow I have to start off by saying 19Nineteen is truly beautiful—from the stunning lobby entrance to the 24-hour gym to the amazing concierge staff (shoutout to Tre at the front desk)! What impressed me the most was Tre’s willingness to go above and beyond. I had what felt like ten bags of groceries, and without hesitation, he offered to help me carry and push everything to my apartment. What made it even more remarkable was that the front desk was incredibly busy, with several residents waiting for assistance. Even ... read more

Love living here! 10/10 would recommend I’ve really enjoyed living at 19Nineteen. The location is super convenient—it’s an easy walk to the Metro, grocery stores, CVS, and lots of restaurants. The concierge team is AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, Brian and Trey especially have always gone out of their way to help me, even with random things like checking if I locked my apartment door because I was worried my cat would get out. They never make you feel like you’re asking a dumb question. The maintenance team is ... read more

A Great Place to Live I've lived at 19Nineteen for almost a year and am impressed with how well managed the building is, the beautiful courtyards, the great room, gym and working spaces. It's impeccably kept with the hardest working cleaning crew I've ever seen. It's within walking distance to two metros, and many shops and restaurants in a great location. But the staff really sets it apart. With 24/7 concierge, no lost packages or deliveries, always a smile, and a manager who doesn't hide behind leasing staff but is front a... read more

Verified Renter A phenomenal experience - staff members are incredible and so thoughtful. Clean, quiet and in a very safe neighborhood. My dog and I love it here!
Verified Renter Very friendly staff and complex is well maintained. I’ve enjoyed my experience at 19nineteen. Having 24/7 concierge is a perk that is super valuable to me.
Verified Renter Had a great time living here! Great location, close to both Courthouse and Rosslyn metro stations. Apartment is quiet and front desk is helpful. Maintenance is quick as well. Only downside was gym could be updated.
Verified Renter Nice apartment community within a great location and neighborhood! The only thing I would say is the ceilings are not very sound proof but overall great apartment to live in
Business response:
We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Your feedback is invaluable. We understand that the noise from surrounding apartments can be disruptive and we empathize with your situation. Please know that the building's wood construction can sometimes amplify sound from neighboring units. However, we have implemented strict quiet hours to ensure that all residents can enjoy their apartments in peace. Once again, we value your feedback and are committed to making your experience at 19Nineteen as pleasant as possibl... read more
