1909 Temecula is a tribute to the Machado building, the location where the restaurant and bar now lives. Well before the 1909 burger was created, this structure has been home to a trading post, livery, auto shop and most notably a bar. During the 70's, the Longbranch Saloon was known as the roughest place in town to get a drink. Locals often stop in and tell stories of brawls and shootings. Had lunch here with friends who are new to the area. 1909 had a great vibe. The service was excellent and we didn't need to wait too long to be served. Our friends really enjoyed their meal. My husband is on a special diet and I have Celiac. Our server was very accommodating to both of us and made me feel confident that our needs would be met. A great place to hang out. GREAT bartenders! The place is small so on a Friday or Saturday night its a long wait but the food and drinks are amazing and worth the wait. If you are lucky to find a seat at the bar there is no wait. ��
Food was great and the waitress was very nice, but it took forever to get seated even though there where plenty of opened tables.
A great place to sit and enjoy great food and drinks. Even if you already had dinner go in and have a fabulous � �dessert.
