1909 Temecula is a tribute to the Machado building, the location where the restaurant and bar now lives. Well before the 1909 burger was created, this structure has been home to a trading post, livery, auto shop and most notably a bar. During the 70's, the Longbranch Saloon was known as the roughest place in town to get a drink. Locals often stop in and tell stories of brawls and shootings. Stopped in while visiting old town for the first time. Pleasantly surprised with the interesting and bold flavors of the three starters we order. The Korean Fried Chicken was delish with a spicy sauce. The crab and shrimp empanadas and topping were mild and pleasant tasting. Roasted cauliflower encouraged us to consider roasting our own at home. All in all a very nice dining experience.
Must try the shrimp and crab empanadas for starters and the super delicious homemade tagliatelle pasta with blackened salmon. Super Yummy!
Awesome burgers, figs, blue corn corn dogs and the pork 🙌🏽🥰🥂
