Poorly managed - frequent turnovers in managers and office staff (3 different managers in the year we were there). Frequent break-ins while we were there. Sound-proofing not good - frequently heard the neighbors overhead and definitely from the hallways. Needed an ambulance on one occasion and first responders couldn't get in because lock boxes hadn't been properly set up. I have lived here since February 2016. Nice finishes and amenities. Some of the common areas are not very well kept, but mostly the building looks pretty good. My main complaint is that when I moved in, I was told these apartments were as soundproof as they come, with 6 feet of concrete between each floor. Don't believe it - i hear noise from upstairs neighbors and neighbors from 2 units down the hall. Maybe the floor to floor noise is distorted due to the concrete between levels, but it increases the same floor noise immens... read more
Great area to live in. The staff is always friendly and prompt with your requests. The gym is well equipped and clean. The maintenance is always there when you need them.
