Really awful experience. Everything you think about in a Grimey landlord.
Have been here for about a year now. An ideal situation is one in which the building is recognized as the residents home, not just a place of work. Eye sores, things that can’t be fixed, etc- all inconveniences for sure. Remaining open to a good experience. Genuine efforts are appreciated! Follow-up, maintenance of the building, etc are key. I lived in a 1 bed unit here for a year before having to move for work. The apartment has a beautiful aesthetic and the units are designed with space saving in mind. There is a nice outdoor seating by the dog park with a gas campfire and and indoor lounge with pool table, tv, and a fireplace.
