I've lived at 19 Craigton Drive for 10 years. During this time I've found the building to be very clean and well taken care of. The management staff, especially Paul Mercer and Lanie Mijares, have been very supportive and responsive whenever needed. The only problems I've had to deal with over this 10 year period were related to flooding into my unit, from another apartment, and heavy leaking from old radiator heaters within my own unit. This is my spot. Very well maintained, I have great neighbours and the location is nice, I’ve been here a long time.
We have lived here for over 15 yrs. at 23 Craigton Dr. We love the location and our neighbors. Management staff are great to deal with. The building is well looked after.
My mother really enjoys living here!
