I’ve had a great experience with the building management team. Lanie is always attentive and responsive whenever I need assistance with anything in my unit. She addresses my concerns quickly and makes sure the job gets done right away. I also want to recognize Rowell, our maintenance manager, for always going above and beyond. I've lived at 19 Craigton Drive for 10 years. During this time I've found the building to be very clean and well taken care of. The management staff, especially Paul Mercer and Lanie Mijares, have been very supportive and responsive whenever needed. The only problems I've had to deal with over this 10 year period were related to flooding into my unit, from another apartment, and heavy leaking from old radiator heaters within my own unit. This is my spot. Very well maintained, I have great neighbours and the location is nice, I’ve been here a long time.
We have lived here for over 15 yrs. at 23 Craigton Dr. We love the location and our neighbors. Management staff are great to deal with. The building is well looked after.
My mother really enjoys living here!
