RecommendedNot typical BBQ restaurant. The food is good . Salmon appetizer, brussel sprouts for a side, very good. BUT I've been twice and they just can't get the service right. our server was polite and corrected any mistakes but they should not be making that many mistakes. great atmosphere so go if you are not on a hurry and have some patience.
where to start.... The rub they used was too salty - couldn't eat the brisket. Their sausage was mealy and not evenly spicy. The blueberry cobbler was too watery - you need to thicken it. Also the crumble on top of the cobbler was good but the pecans were too chunky. And please put a Miller Lite or something of that nature on tap.
Very good food and great service...appears to be underrated and under patronized... I'd definitely go back...its not a typical bbq house but the food and service was first class.
5 stars We had a birthday celebration at the restaurant and the food and service was fantastic!! I had the ribs and sausage (2 meat plate) with collard greens and seasoned fries. The sauce was really good!! I plan on returning again soon!!
A real shame to have to give this place 1 star, as most of the food we had was good. The service and the management is so bad it completely takes away from the experience. We are a group of seven, having a family dinner. There are two other tables full in the restaurant. We’ve been here for an hour and seen our server four times. Once as we ordered drinks, once when they were delivered. Once as we ordered food and once when we had to flag him down as THE MANAGER served our *family style* food with no plates. Me and my fiance found this place by chance looking for somewhere to eat on our 4yr anniversary and it was the best choice we made! delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and terrific service!
First time eating from here, delivered to the hotel. Hands down the best barbecue I’ve ever had!!!
