I was given a gift card and the person who gave it to me told me they welcome walk- ins. Let me tell you I did not feel welcomed! They also advertise taking walk-ins but in reality seem put off by them. Pretentious at best. Seemed as if I was troubling them with my attempt to get my haircut. Poor staffing on management's part. Now to try to cash out my gift card or sell it. Going to spend my money and 10$ tip elsewhere. Not to mention drove 30 min to get there and still no haircut. Over hyped!!!

My fault. I was 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment today. So she asked if I wanted to reschedule or come back in an hour. No problem with 1 hour. So I came back early for my 3:15 and waited until 3:35 and walked out. Nobody acknowledged me. Nobody said they were running behind schedule. Nothing. I simply was ignored. That one's on you 18/8. Not likely that I will be back.
Let me just start with this: When I have the opportunity, I plan travel to include straight razor shaves. I was unaware this could be had in Albuquerque. Fast forward: I had a shave by Luna. It was one of the most enjoyable shaves I have EVER had. She was amazing and just let me say to all the men out there: It will change your life! If you have never had one, go! GO NOW! Ask for LUNA! Treat yourself right!
