I have been using 1877 Appliance for the last 7 years for my house's HVAC needs and they never disappoint with their prices, response time, knowledge. Always very professional. Saturday evening my AC stopped working. Garik came on Monday 8 am, replaced the blower motor and all is working great now by 11 am.
My wife and I woke up this morning to find our furnace not working. It's winter, and we have a newborn, so we wanted the issue taken care of quickly. I found this company through their highly rated Google reviews. A service rep, Gary, came out to our home within two hours of our call. Fortunately, our issue required only a minor fix. Gary arrived when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and informative. He worked/fixed my washer and AC at a very reasonable rate. Gary was referred to me by a picky friend; the best kind of friend to go to for referrals! I highly recommend him!!!
I contacted 1-877- Heating and Cooling based on reviews on Google. I needed a new company after using one of the mega-companies who spend most of their energy on advertising rather than service. Garry just finished our first service call and I am thrilled. He conducted service as expected, while also addressing some design flaws in the water supply and drainage that was leading to rust. Our A/C was not working and 1-877 Appliance sent one of their techs within the hour and our a/c was fixed the same day. The tech was honest and the price was very reasonable.
