This is brunch. Everything is great and these cheese grits. I haven’t had nothing like this and I’m hooked. Thanks to whoever the secret Angels are that bless our bellies
Had been wanting to try this spot for a while. Walked in- was greeted warmly & seated relatively quickly. Kate took wonderful care of me! I wanted decaf coffee & she brewed some fresh for me. There were a few flies around & Kate brought over a fly fan to keep the flies away. I didn't even ask for one!! I ordered the brisket omelet w/the blackberry compote & the smashed potatoes. Delicious shrimp and grits - best I've ever had, but I'll never drive to get them in-person again. Felt like I was REALLY glad it was the morning and not sunset. There's a vibe. Just my experience
I went there three times, 1. The first time I had “A bite of yours” which is one big pancake, two egged your way (mine were fried), and I chose bacon.
