The food is why I go here, for sure. I love the macaroni n' cheese, broccoli slaw, and nachos! Killer food, okay atmosphere, and the price is a bit steep for what you're getting all-in-all. Be prepared to spend more for an OK experience and good food.
Great place to go. Food and drinks are great! Loved everything we've ever ordered. Music is always good. Love Wednesday Night Wing Night! Best wings around! Servers and patrons alike are very friendly. Great atmosphere!�

great food, nice old restaurant. good atmosphere, friendly staff. good place to kick back and listen to good music, reasonable prices, and when they have solo act like Cameron Matthews its a real treat because he doesn't play to loud and knows about 300 songs from the 50s to the 90's and beyond, rockabilly, old rock, Elvis, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, just about any thing you can think of. blues, soul, funk. makes for an enjoyable dining experience. come check them out you won't be disappointed. drink a brew or three or wine... read more

Went to the 1841 Cafe yesterday to celebrate our 54th wedding anniversary. It was our first visit and we definitely will be going back. The meal was delicious especially the cheese cake that's made in-house and was a little present from the café for our anniversary. Karen, our server was wonderful. She really helped get us through the menu and just was a pleasure to talk to. We are anxious to try it for lunch one day as we have more of a tendency to go out for lunch then we do dinner. Was a busy night but still did not take long for the food....it was great! Had some live, local music ...they were really talented. GO OUT AND SUPPORT LOCAL. ...it was so good to go up town and see it packed out! Will be back soon..
One word to describe 1841 Cafe...AWESOME!...My husband and I love their steak subs and spinach dip!
