Good service. Great food. Then music up the street. Wonderful night.
Yesterday 8 ladies met for lunch and to play bridge. The food was delicious and service was superb. Most of us had the Cobb Salad and Ruben sandwiches. We scheduled our monthly bridge meetings there for the rest of the year. Vickie Setzer - you are the best.
We just had a wonderful 50th anniversary party for my parents in their theater room. Vicki was wonderful to work with and went the extra mile with food and decorations. The food was great. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Say out on front deck. 30 minutes , Friday night ! Couldn’t get any service at all , waiter came out looked our way , went back inside as if we weren’t there ! Got up and left (. Won’t be back. ) 😡
We came there tonight to have a nice dinner on the patio. The owner came out to bring another table drinks and completely ignored us. I went inside and got menus...and we waited and waited. Another waitress came out to refill tea, looked our way and again didn't acknowledge us. We finally left out menus on the table and walked to Shake n Dogs where the owner personally acknowledged us, made recommendations, and was very personable. The service was fast and my burger was amazing! I enjoyed the atmosphere and everything tasted fresh.
That did a fantastic job with my mom's 95th birthday. Vickie is absolutely one of the best. Thank you so much
The service was horrible new waitress 2 days she said food was good but service was not no excuse for this
Great people, great place! 1841 is more than just a restaurant. It is a gathering place. It is a defining part of what makes Lenoir special. I took relatives downtown. We had lunch at 1841. Now they want to move here. They loved the downtown atmosphere. Whether its great food, shag dancing on Tuesday night, sitting outside with good company and fine music -1841 is the place to be!!!
