NOISE and POOR MANAGEMENT! I lived in 312. The apartment is built poor quality: thin wall, thin floor(not flat) everything shakes if people above or yourself walks. you can hear all the footsteps(louder than it actually is). Make you really hard to sleep if people above you is walking. Patio door is ur main window and is super close to each other so easy to hear people next to u too. Honest review after 1 year living here. Lived at 312 and the experience is 3 out of 10. Just want to warn you, it looks ok but once you moved in… NOISE is a big thing. Gini and Pharaoh are amazingggg. There's another sweet girl in the office she is nice too. Gini was swift in getting me secured in a place. She is so kind! So far so goooood!
