Viaggio in famiglia. Abbiamo scelto questo posto tramite Expedia basandoci principalmente sulle belle foto pubblicate che, visto il rapporto prezzo qualità, ci hanno attratto e convinti. In realtà come molti posti la bellezza del posto si è fermata all immagine. Il problema sostanziale è la pulizia. Siamo arrivati e abbiamo trovato le camere sporche cosi come le lenzuola . This was my fourth time staying here. The stay was great sitting in the yard where it’s a gated community was very awesome. You don’t have to worry about nobody just walking in. They can’t walk in unless they know the code to get in room service is spectacular.
Absolute horrible customer service. My daughter and I were in a car accident the night before our reservation. I had called to try to cancel and the general manager. Roberto was refusing to cancel our reservation and told us it doesn’t matter due to our circumstances that he will not refund us… While all the other reservations that were made for this trip, they’re very compliant and more than accommodating.
