Zero star and please avoid here. The worst parking experience I have ever had in DC. I ordered my two-day parking pass, spent two minutes scanning my QR code at the entrance. However, when I tried to scan my QR code to get out, the machine does not work so I called the help. The person on the other side was surprisingly impatient and impolite - I kept explaining to the guy that we scanned QR code in two days ago after 5:30pm, nevertheless, the guy kept saying that we entered at 3pm when our flight didn't arrived yet.
