I will NEVER be ordering from 1-800 flowers again. I ordered flowers for a colleague of my husband and took the time to call to make sure they were delivered before the colleague left for the long holiday weekend. I was told sure no problem. They were supposed to be there by noon and I was just notified that they are out for delivery at 2:00pm. If you couldn’t deliver the flowers I would have just cancelled my order like I wanted to. Katherine and her staff are awesome! The flowers were incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged. Excellent service and quality—highly recommend!
