I’ve been a loyal customer of 1-800-Flowers for years, but this Mother’s Day was a total letdown. The wrong flowers were delivered, and when I called to ask for a refund, I was kept on the phone for over 30 minutes and pitched multiple offers and redelivery options I didn’t ask for—instead of just owning the mistake. The final “solution” was a redelivery after the holiday, which completely missed the point. My sons ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day and they were never delivered. The company would not tell them which local florist they used and the best they would offer was a delivery on February 15. Horrible company with absolutely no customer service. Avoid this company and patronize a local florist. Help a small business thrive.
