DO NOT and I mean DO NOT live here! This place is a literal DUMP. You could have pest control come every week and you’ll still have roaches the size of mice. I asked the pest control guy why it was and he said because the owner needs to treat the land and they won’t. The office staff changes about every month and they clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. The Bridges and The Villages were both cleared of snow for the sake of their residents’ safety. 180 West? Hahahahaha. No. Snow everywhere and the sidewalks were iced. They don’t care about you. Go anywhere else (except Royal Park, which is somehow even worse).
RecommendedAbsolutely love it. It’s been great since I’ve been here. Exceptional service with fast maintenance. They made me feel right at home. The property manager is great working with me and the issues (if any). Plan on resigning my lease, no plans on leaving anytime soon.
Visited recently and they’re offering GREAT move-in specials!! The staff was super friendly and the community is very nice. Glad they finally found a management company who cares!

This is the worst apartment experience I have ever had! They do not fix anything and they constantly promise to send in maintenance, but yet nothing is ever fixed or updated! We have had 4 different property managers within the 5 months I have been here. They are compulsive liars and I do not recommend this apartment.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever lived. We are forced to pay fees for trash, yet it isn't even picked up on days it's promised (in the last 6 weeks my trash should've been picked up 30 times and it has been picked up only 19 times). Our kitchen sink broke and overflowed and it was neglected and only fixed after 2 1/2 months. The leasing staff lies, is inconsiderate, and promises things they can't promise or just chooses not to follow through with. I will never live somewhere this company manages ever again.
