I moved out of the 180 West apartments in, the first week of March 2019. Ever since I’m still waiting for half of my deposit. When I first got my first half check, 30 days later, I was surprised and confuse why I only got $400 of the $800 deposit. There was No explanation whatsoever: All I got was a check with nothing else. I immediately contacted the manager but her assistance excused her, she was either in a meeting, out of town, taking the day off and so on. You will regret moving here! Very quiet great location but horrible management!!!! The management company does not care about the residents. The current property manager is a bully!!! The residents are suffering with numerous issues and nothing is being done!
The property is not maintained. Maintenance request go unaddressed for months. There are problems with the billing process and being over charged. You are required to pay for valet trash and it not picked up on schedule. I lived her when it was Highland Hills in 2008. I moved to another complex and came back last year because I wanted a smaller place and close to the high school. This is one of my biggest regrets.
This place is super raggedy. The management changes so often that you never know who works in the office. I have had many employees that work at 180 West promise me that "things will get better". There are roaches in every building and any complaint or need you have, falls on deaf ears. Forget about having any routine maintenance done or even having something fixed. If you are looking for an over priced, poorly managed crap-hole...well you will be right at home.
1. They have a sign on Facebook saying they are open they why are they having me sit outside of the office while they are closed for lunch! They don’t cate anybody. On the office door is a sign be back at 3:45PM “lunch” Meanwhile they are inside eating and chatting . I am on oxygen in a wheelchair a tenant for six years, I have asthma and other medical problems and they leave me out in the heat.
This apartment complex sucks, management does nothing, I kill 30-40 cockroaches a day in my house, pool hasn’t been open all year, still waiting for management to call me back, this place is a joke, I’m fed up, my family shouldn’t have to live in these conditions, these people are criminals
RecommendedThe office staff and maintenance make sure that tenants' needs are met. My apartment is in pristine condition. 180 West has great amenities.
This place is a total sh** storm. If you enjoy roaches, mold, spiders,no service, a-hole office workers, horrible landscaping, disgusting gym, nasty pool, then sign up.
