Just awful honestly, keep going in circles as there’s a literal hole that’s keeps growing in my bathroom ceiling from a pipe leak. Staff keeps circling back and forth and nothing gets done. Manager Cindy was rude over the phone and when I was going to ask for follow up information she hung up on me and luckily I have a recording of it. Go anywhere but with 180.
