TOTAL RIP-OFF OPERATION:I paid their membership for one year, and it was a wonderful experience. I couldn’t renew fast enough. However, right after I paid for another year, the shop closed its doors. Many attempts to obtain a refund have been to no avail. They kept promising, but now they’re not even responding to my inquiries. Very saddened by this. DON’T FALL FOR THIS!!!
RecommendedI wanted to surprise my son with a somewhat "pampered" experience for his 12th birthday so I made an appointment for an "Executive" haircut for him. The person that answered the phone was very curteous and friendly. When we arrived the next day, we were greeted right away, my son was treated very nicely, we were shown to a waiting area and offered a beverage. Had my first straight razor shave today and I have no idea why I waited so long. Jessica was great. She made sure to explain every step of the process to me. I will definitely be going back.
