Hands down the best biscuits I’ve ever had! Topped with honey they simply melt in your mouth. The lobster and linguini was scrumptious. We sat by the piano player. Simply lovely ambiance. Highly recommend.
Very unique, cozy, comfortable. The restaurant has excellent food and choices. We were located in a room in a "cottage". Clean and loved the antique furniture. Stayed Jan. 2 to the 4th 1\2018. Just in time for the snow/ice storm which actually closed down the whole city... Going back next year so we can tour and visit other restaurants and hit a few Pubs.
We were traveling to Savannah to do a cake tasting for our wedding and my fiancé had planned a special date night to celebrate our first date that was in Savannah a year ago. However, we arrived on Jan. 3rd when the snow hit,& our dinner reservation was cancelled since almost every business was closed due to the snow. Cue 17hundred90 to the rescue. Great food(especially the tuna), great service, great atmosphere!
Positively incredible!!! Delicious food, wonderful ambience, great pianist, and our waiter Jon Bo was excellent!!! I highly recommend this restaurant to others. We enjoyed a great anniversary dinner there last night.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The waiter was not friendly and the pork tenderloin entree was burned to the point is was not edible. The waiter should have had a manager or the chief come but he did not and we were still charged full price even though the dish wasn't eaten. For the price and atmosphere there are many better options in Savannah.
Had a wonderful anniversary meal with my hubby. Wonderful food. Great atmosphere. Fried green tomatoes were amazing as was the eggplant napolian.
