Food was really good. I had a burger with salad, shrimp cocktail, and the peach cobbler a la mode. Everything came out fast and the server was great. The one recommendation I would make is to use less lean ground beef for the burger and cook it a little less if its ordered medium. Beyond that it was fantastic.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Bethlehem 1741 on the Terrace during Winter Restaurant Week, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. The ambience of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed evening out. The service was exceptional-our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
