I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Bethlehem 1741 on the Terrace during Winter Restaurant Week, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. We love going to the Bethlehem hotel for lunch when visiting our daughter at school and have always been very happy with the meals and service but yesterday was not good at all. My husband ordered the grass fed burger and he said it was flavorless , my gripe is with the lobster roll which I order every single time I have eaten there… it literally and I counted, 4 pieces of lobster meat and primarily claw meat…I am never one to complain about my meals but Open Table asked so I will tell you for 33.00 there should be more meat... read more
