Incredible experience in every way. Service was outstanding, delicious and high quality food together with the best view of Bethlehem in an historic surrounding. We celebrated my mother's birthday and they were so nice and friendly. I absolutely recommend this place, for sure I'll be visiting soon. Thank you to Dan, Bob and Jen, you exceeded our expectations!
I’ve eaten at 1741 many times. Tonight was especially nice. Along with the excellent crispy eggplant and crab cakes, my server, a young woman named Caty, was especially pleasant and efficient. Always available without hovering, and an apt conversationalist, while keeping on eye on her duties elsewhere. A particularly nice encounter in one of my favorite eateries.

Our new favorite Sunday brunch place! The service, the food, the atmosphere were absolutely immaculate. There was not a single moment when we felt like there was something that could be improved. The drinks was also delicious. Highly recommend for a fun family meal or date night!
