Beautiful and well-maintained unit; responsive maintenance, and location couldn't be better!
Absolutely terrible. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors vacuum, dishwasher, washer dryer, TV, and them walking. It's like living in a drum. The management is unprofessional and treats you like you're living in a dorm. ONE elevator.. so get used to taking the stairs. ULI is a bully and a non-profit -so they pay no to little property tax. These apartments are exactly what's wrong with the housing in the United States today.
I have lived at 1722 Monroe for 2.5 years, and I have loved every minute! The apartments are beautiful and the management is excellent. They are always attentive and communicative to ensure the best experience for their tenants. The neighbors are all very friendly and respectful, plus the neighborhood is in a great location. The only reason I am leaving this apartment is because I am relocating to another city...if I could take this apartment with me I certainly would. Thank you for an incredible experience at 1722 Monroe!
I lived here for a year and it was great. Management was very professional, and tenants were all very respectful. Only things to watch out for are the windows are weird - can't really open them and I'm pretty sure the water here is super hard which can be a hassle. Also, if you signed a lease here the shower curtain isn't a standard size so you will have to order it on amazon. Obviously, these are all small things and living here was a 10/10.
Have loved ULI. Apartments are in Avery convenient location. Management is very responsive and makes it feel like a home.
