Once in a while you unexpectedly walk into a steak house that blows your taste buds away literally. This place has charm, style plus really cool music and a view to top all views over dinner in San Antonio! Had a birthday dinner here and it was my best one yet! No disappointments only smiles!
Great atmosphere but three out of 5 of us had horrible cuts of meat. Lots of fat and gristle at a high end steakhouse is unacceptable. I am not someone who leaves reviews but the food was simply not worth the cost.

Had a Great Experience at 1718 Steak House back in December, When I took My Daughter who Graduated Air Force BMT. Our Waiter was Fantastic!!!!
It was the Best Steak I have ever had! It was Amazing!!!!
The steaks were excellent. The food ordered for my grandsons were very well done. Service was tolerant of me grandsons mischief. Would definitely recommend it and would love to go there without children.
Great Restaurant! Corn fed, aged beef is succulent! We ordered it charred outside and rare inside (Pittsburg) and it was absolutely perfect! Service was superb as well. All that AND we're overlooking the Alamo. What a wonderful experience.
