Awesome find in the downtown area! I absolutely love living here. I have lived downtown for 3 years and I'm pretty certain I've toured every apartment building in the downtown area (midtown too - but I prefer downtown) and I'm convinced that this is the best value. There are certain things I'm very particular about and it seems that I have it here and at a hard to beat rate. Verified Renter Great living space ( all hardwood floors - no carpets), exellent kitchen with lots of shelf space. New appliances . Excellent Gym. Drive to downtown groceries and restaurants in 15 mins. Walk to Metra train.

Verified Renter 1711 Caroline Apartments is very convenient because it takes me 10-15 minutes walking to my office. Also very beautiful, new and meets all my expectations. The management/staff are wonderful people and the community is very clean at all times. Most beautiful/peaceful place to live in downtown.

This was my first experience in renting an apartment and I was paying attention to everything so that I would not get duped - which is definitely NOT a concern 1711 Caroline. First, when I was signing my lease, the assistant manager, Blaine, was very pleasant and not pushy. He was more knowledgeable of the building than I ever expected.
