Toured this building a few weeks ago and the woman who gave the tour was lovely and very informative. However, the pictures on the listing provide a false sense of what things look like as they are generated by AI. the building on the inside looks like it hasn’t been updated in DECADES. there are stains all over the carpet in the hallways and common room, the elevator sounds ill-maintained, and there is an odd odor all over.
