The first two years we lived here, the management was great. Last year, however, the quality of service has dropped precipitously. We had to submit multiple service requests to get someone to come by for repairs, and found it very difficult to get into contact with anyone from the management office. Edit: Appreciate the offer from the owner, I reached out, and my email sent a week ago to discuss lease renewal was never responded to. The best management company I have had- repairs carried out within 24 hours of reporting. The latest the replacement of a dishwasher in two days!! I cannot recommend Bernstein highly enough
Great management, responds quickly to service requests. Safe building with several security measures built in.
