Terribly managed building. I do not recommend.
The Sentral property management staff have ruined this building in a very short time. Ivan is an inept inexperienced manager. It’s unbelievable that he was allowed to make hires. The entire staff are similar to him, useless with big mouth. Erica, Aime, Noah, Jocelyn, Dakota are nasty, incompetent and grossly unprofessional. Majority of residents have made complaints to the Sentral leadership and Klein Financial who are the owners of the building. Avoid 1600 Vine at all cost! Do not believe the fake google reviews. All the recent good reviews on google are fake, written by the Sentral staff or receive incentive to leave peachy comments. Many of the residents have experienced unprofessional treatment from the new Sentral crew. 1600 Vine is far from luxury living, yet rents are equal or higher than the true luxury buildings in the area.
