I use to live here with my mom back in 2015, and yes there use to be little issues with bugs because of some neighborhoods and etc , but in our unit we didn’t have any, fresh smell, fresh paint , fresh wood! the apartments was freshly built years back when we had first moved in from the old brown apartments, and I missed the environment, so I’m hoping to have my own unit here next year , brings back good childhood memories here, I love 16 and park. it’s just the only negative is a year before they waiting list takes a long ... read more
Roach and mice infestation
These apartments are a mess they are a beautiful from the outside looking in. My daughter has lived here for about 2 years and she has so many problems. Mainly with her water heater and the pressure for her water. I've literally been there for her while she goes to work. And maintenance Has come they didn't fix everything that she needed fix left and then did not come back For maybe about a month or 2 and then? At 1. Point? Someone told. Her that? She may. Have? I went to the leasing office today to discuss my ledger balance in the amount of $26,451. After questioning such a large amt. April the office manager was very nonchalant, had no interest in helping me resolve the error. I was told nothing could be done about it she stated the notes in her computer say that I owe that balance which is totally untrue.
