I use to live here with my mom back in 2015, and yes there use to be little issues with bugs only because of some neighborhoods , but in our unit we didn’t have any when they was newly built fresh smell, fresh paint , fresh wood! the apartments was freshly built years back when we had first moved in from the old brown apartments, and I missed the environment, so I’m hoping to have my own unit here soon brings back good childhood memories here, I love 16th park. it’s just the only negative is they waiting list takes a long t... read more
Im tryna get in contact with them about my application I don’t know they new number.
These apartments use to be really nice,but now.U can't get nothing done I need my back light fixed for the night time.The office and maintenance office are always closed.I don't understand it.We have a lot of bad people living here now.I need a new sync faucet set.I would like a brand new stove for the years that i've been here.
