The building is well maintained and super sound proof. The views are some of the best in Madison. The property group was always very responsive and accommodating, helping make the place feel like home.
Love the location and the building itself. It’s quiet and the people seem friendly. Move-in process was not very smooth. The agent just handed me my keys after showing me to my apartment and didn’t cover anything else. Not a huge fan of gas stoves in small spaces either (bad for health).
The maintenance staff is amazing! So kind, friendly and detail oriented. They truly care about making your home a quality place to live in!
Management promptly responds to any questions or issues. Well managed and maintained building. Quiet tenants.
Great experience of city living for Madison in terms of location and amenities. Management was professional, responsive and helpful as were the individuals who managed maintenance.
