“A-Z Pest Emergency” did me the same way and their Answering sevice sounds exactly alike. I think they are the same screwed up people. Imagine their quality of work and how they will be “after” you have paid them. Stay away from these businesses. They will never even make it to the minor leagues.
I live a few blocks away and called about an animal in the attic. The lady that picked up said that they didn’t have anyone that came to my area (3 blocks away), and none of their employees go in attics. She then hung up on me. Very confusing, as this is supposed to be a 15- minute emergency pest control service.
