Love living here! Even with everything going on and a select few of the amenities being closed (for good reason) they’ve gone above and beyond! Free virtual fitness classes, cooking classes, tutoring for the kids, no contact package delivery! It’s a great place to live, don’t be distracted by the bad reviews from people who don’t even live here!

I love living here. Really changed our lives for the better. The amenities are great and there are monthly gatherings bringing all the residents together. So far everyone I've met here was also pretty great.
I love everything about living at 145 Front. It's everything you would find in a luxury building in Boston for half the price. The staff is friendly and courteous. Stainless steel, energy efficient laundry in unit, gym with an on demand fitness studio. The courtyard is awesome with the pool, grills, fire pits and outdoor tv. And my dog loves the bark park! So happy I decided to move here.
45 minutes before closing I walked in to ask about availability. I was very sternly told by the leasing agent Brittany that I would not be shown any apartments because they don’t tour after 4:30. She handed me a packet and I was told all the information I needed was online when I was right inside the building.
Took my $1000 deposit for not making a decision within 72 hours.
