I have lived here my entire life and I love my home. The Community within the building is amazing. The building manager Manuel is an amazing human being, Very kind and helpful. The building is safe and welcoming .
Incredible place to live! Clean and organized. Management is incredibly nice and answers quickly. Everyone who lives here is so kind it’s an amazing community. There are new laundry machines and AC units in most units as well as other amenities being updated all the time. Overall a great building!
This co-op is an amazing place to live! I have lived in the building for 25 years. I love living in the building because it is community-centered. Everyone knows each other. We have endured the pandemic together. More than anything, the co-op is an affordable place to live.
I lived in the building for 8 years and loved it. Convenient location and great community.
