they will screw you over once you move out, not worth it.
They suck.................
They scam you out of money when you move out the place smells of illegals drugs and cigarettes everywhere. The elevators don’t work half the time. The pool is disgusting. There’s always trash a dog pee in the elevators. I know of 6 people that they have scammed out of money here. You don’t get you deposit back and the managers go along with the owners scamming. This place is awful and it’s not worth the money! AVOID THIS PLACE!
Would not recommend to anyone.
i had to move out due to all of the illegal activity going on inside this building. i wouldn’t move here unless you want to be charged with hundreds of dollars when you move out!
Is it possible to give a place 0 stars? Thats what i would give 141 Lofts. I lived here 4 years ago and it was an amazing place and I loved it and was sad when I had to move (I didn't make the cut the next go around for a lease, income wise) but now I'm so happy I did not make that cut. I have had several friends who lived there who have told me absolute HORROR stories. Let me begin with the marijuana you can smell as soon as you walk into the building. RecommendedI am beginning my 4th year. I really like my apartment and the privacy. Anytime I've had a problem it's always taken care of quickly. The management are all friendly and willing to help if needed. Not planning on going anywhere for a long time.
Stop trying to get section 8 and going by how much you make to assign you a place and give you the apt you want and can afford #PlainAndSimple
I love the privacy, the building is very nice. It’s very quiet unless there’s a train comin. So many amenities and the manager is precious.
