The owner asked to terminate her company from providing services for our HOA. This was a mutual agreement. We removed the company from accessing our bank account. When the owner found out, she attacked me, the President of the HOA. So I pointed out that the CAM license for the only CAM that is part of the business, expired in Oct. 2018 and we did not find out until February 2020.
