Everyone involved with the apartment and company from top to bottom is difficult to work with, does not honor written agreements, and does not perform maintenance on your home or around the community. On day 1 after you sign your lease agreement and they have your money, the service goes out the window. Worst community I have ever lived in! I would rather pay to leave early than stock out my lease. Disrespectful neighbors, multiple stolen packages, rats, dog poop everywhere. Teenagers congregate all hours of the night being loud and obnoxious.

Overpriced pest infested (mice and crickets in particular) building run by large real estate investment company that cares about your money but not about your problems. The price does not reflect the quality of living here. If you are tired of paying "luxury" prices for this pest infested building please reach out to me. Time to have someone take us seriously.
The location is great and the staff are friendly. That’s all I can say for being good about this property and UDR (the parent company). The amenities look amazing, but to use the vast majority will require extra fees and deposits on top of the high rent. Strike one was during December, I had accidentally left my key FOB inside my apartment when I left for work. The pool was closed for 3 months and after they open, both hot tubs are broke. Is this place a joke ? I can’t not say anything.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. PLEASE. There are so many reasons you should avoid this apartment complex at all costs. I so wish we would've decided to break our lease sooner to get out. 1. Safety - high amount of crime, car break-ins/vandalism (some have been done by residents living there/our truck got broken into), and illegal drugs (have found needles in the stairwells before). DO NOT MOVE HERE! They will screw you over when you get ready to leave. I saw a few other reviews complaining about the same issue. I gave them an opportunity but PLEASE ADHERE TO THE REVIEWS. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They are giving away gift cards for people trying to leave and taking half of first months rent for those coming in. Dont fall for it! Natalie Looper the finance manager for Summit west is not reliable or trustworthy. Pam the leasing office agent is the only nice and honest person there.
