RecommendedWith COVID-19 in full force, the move-in process could have been awful. But it was not! Communication, while sometimes delayed on both ends, was clear in the end and Jaquelyn had a couple issues we had on move-in day fixed extremely fast. We are looking forward to meeting some new neighbors once we can!

One of the two poorly maintained elevators are always out of order since Jan of 2019. It’s March 2020. I’ve been stuck in one of them twice. No one downstairs due to covid 19. And they don’t seem willing to extend rent due dates without having tenants jump through hoops. Asking for documentation and asking when can you pay... the answer is for most Americans right now is “we don’t know”. You cannot fix the issues being hidden and there are too many to list. And we thought the Bella Terra was bad. Staff and their handling of situations .... UDRcares is a joke. 2 term lease and the last. Will be sure to tell everyone stay away!
Where to start ? They are only sales people(sharks) , across the board that only care about commission . You are screwed once you sign that paper and notice you can’t leave a negative comment any where but here . Beware
