Love the building and the amenities are great. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful and the sense of community is incredible, especially for a big city like DC. The apartment is very pet friendly and puts on a ton of fun events as well (literally just came from an awesome one led by Four Corners - spray paint and drinks, can’t beat that)! Highly recommend.
DC’s best kept secret. Attended a 4 Corners graffiti and martini evening at 1331 and had the best time! Thank you for hosting, 1331! Looking forward to the next event!
