Always amazing! I’ve left several reviews for different members of the staff, but I needed to write one that has been long overdue. Maurita always stands out. Whether it’s a hello, taking a second to see if everything is going good, or if there’s any thing else that can be done is always above and beyond. Didn’t imagine that after Anthony left we’d find somebody that could fill that position that he did, but she stepped in and filled those shoes very nicely.
Bozzuto is a superior management company with 5 star amenities. Which parallels perfectly with their 5 star staff. The leasing office is exceptionally efficient and I give Maurita Weaver many thanks for finding my perfect new home at 1331.
We are 3-4 days into our residency at the 1331 and we couldn’t be happier. Let’s start with every member of the team here at 1331 from the property manager, leasing agents, concierge staff etc, we have been thoroughly impressed. Everyone has been really helpful with superior customer service and friendliness. The property is amazing from top to bottom. The location, amenities, and quality of the property is unmatched. This truly feels like home.
This building was once a great place to live, but the current living conditions have changed significantly due to ongoing construction. There is now construction noise Monday through Saturday, often starting as early as 5:00 a.m. and continuing as late as 11:00 p.m., with the intensity increasing as the project progresses.
