I met Maurita Weaver while I was visiting a friend and ask her about the cost of a one bedroom and to my surprise she ask me if I wanted to see it. I thought that was so kind of her and she was very professional. If I decided to rent I would definitely ask for Maurita.

I've lived at 1331 for over two years. The building has a lot to recommend it. The concierge staff is wonderful, particularly Rupert, who has gone above and beyond to help me. The location is ideal in SW Washington. It is walking distance to the metro, the national mall, restaurants, and multiple parks. I feel safe and my neighbors are friendly. It is also really easy to get on and off 395 if you need to exit the city. The only reason I am taking off one star is that the building has really struggled with its HVAC system. Th... read more
