I'd been trying to figure out for a long while how best to run cables from one room in my apartment to another. Joel, Narciso, and John from maintenance helped figure out a solution very quickly, and then knocked out the problem in just a few minutes. Very friendly team, and really willing to assist when things like this come up.
Love the place. Lived there for 2 years. Best staff and great management. The location by far is the best and safest location in DC. Parking under building. Only negative is that they have a huge HVAC problem they can’t fix. No AC or Heat for a month. Ask ahead what units have had problems. Great place.
