Chef Adam and his culinary team, the entire front of the house staff should be commended on an amazing meal. We were treated to taste and sensations that far exceeded my expectations. Each dish, delicate, bursting with flavors, off the chart creativity was a pleasure to consume. The food is very good - with a tendency towards richness and a reliance on citrus acids. The service suggested they may have been a few people short in the kitchen and on the floor. We averaged one dish every hour...
