I moved out on April 17th, due to the office being closed they recommend emailing or by phone, I called left vm no answer, emailed several times and no answer, I’m trying to return keys and make sure I get my deposit, no one hasn’t reached out yet and they are very aware that I was moving because I did put in my notice and they emailed me a week before my move out date to make sure I was moving in the 17th. Lack of communication
This place is trash literally! Every week, the trash gets worse and worse! I’m thinking it may be turning into the projects! The people are looking shady. So sad. It use to be a beautiful apartment complex.
This complex is poorly managed and deteriorating. The front office staff is non responsive and incompetent. Please ignore the website and all marketing materials that suggest this is a luxury property! Public housing properties in the local area would be luxury compared to this overpriced, run down complex.
