13-Stripes is a great, diverse community in every sense of the word. I realize saying it here may not be the most convincing, but I can't state strongly enough that no one cares how fast or strong you are or aren't, and it doesn't matter if you're first or last, everyone is there to challenge themselves. The workouts can be hard for sure, but that's why they work, and when you're doing it in a supportive community, who's all in it together, it makes all the difference in the world. 13 Stripes Crossfit has been my family for the past 5 years! Over the course of that time period, the owners, coaches, programming, and facility have consistently been top notch in helping me continue to grow as an athlete! I've gained strength, confidence, and most importantly friendship from my fellow box members. I would highly recommend 13 Stripes to everyone and encourage them to give Crossfit a try!
I have been going to 13 stripes since it opened in 2012 and I absolutely love it. The coaches are awesome and the friends I have made make it even better.
