I had an amazing year at 13 stripes working with a personal trainer for about a year. I would recommend this trainer to ANYBODY!!!! However, if you plan to join this gym, make sure you have your p’s and q’s in order because the owner will not take any responsibility for mistakes that we’re blatantly hers, even with documentation. The last three months that I was there, I had charges on an account that I didn’t authorize (I have documentation of unsigned contracts). Katie, not true at all. I’m sorry you feel this way, but you never once reached out and contacted me. I also spoke to your trainer and the admin multiple times to refund the money to the card. I never once threatened the employee. I understand you may be frustrated, but this is unfair and not true. If you want to discuss it further, please contact me directly.

13 stripes has been amazing. all the coaches are super motivating and will not set you up for failure, if you cant do something they will certainly scale you. all the other experienced crossfitters are super nice and offer so much support, motivation, and tips to keep you going. coming here is easily the best decision i have made.
