They worked quickly, made a fair offer for my trade-in, found excellent terms for the vehicle that I wanted, all the while being positive, friendly, and proud of their product. We live in Show Low, Az and studied carefully the new 2011 Sonata and with whom we were going to deal with on the internet as we do not have a Hyundai dealer in Show Low. We purchased The Hyundai Santa Fe on 5/28/2010. From the beginning when met our salesman Julien Foldes who was very courteous and responded to our needs. He was not high pressure and the negotians went very well as we developed an excellent rapport. We purchased a 2011 Hyundai Sonata yesterday. We had test drove other cars but came back to the Sonata for its reliability and value. We had specific requirements and the dealer worked with us to find a solution that fit our needs and price point. They were very thorough and friendly. My Azera was in for a 30,000mile service. Tim,service Manager was helpful in explaining what the service entailed. He was most congenial and kept me informed during my wait. Julian Foldes appeared very knowledgeable and helped find a vehicle which best fulfillled the options and extras I was looking for. The staff was very flexible in acccomadating my schedule at short notice.
