This dealership was great to work with because the employees made the sale a breeze without any hassle unlike other dealerships who make buying a car an un-enjoyable experience. Very low key. Allowed my wife and I to look and was available to respond to any questions. Following our questions he further qualified our needs and expectations, worked with us on price and asked what it would take to make the transaction work for us. Ultimately we purchased our new Veracruz. Very friendly staff at all levels. But still the same dealer experience as the rest. Add on fees and stupid DOC fees that are just there for pure dealer profit which won't even go to the sales person's commission. At least these guys are very nice and low pressure.

My experience buying my 2011 Hyundai Sonata was as painless as it gets; everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and straigh-forward. I just went in for my first oil change - free oil change! - and the excellence continued. I particularly want to commend the Parts Dept. We bought our car in May from Ric Andersen. He was fantastic to work with. He informed us about the car without all of the usual "sales tactics" that annoy me. After we bought the car he returned his phone call (right away) for a question I had so I it was nice not to be "brushed off". Agreements that we had in the contract were fulfilled and done in a timely manner. The manager was fantastic to negotiate with along with the finance person. Very knowledgeable and service oriented staff. Each interaction was friendly and questions were answered with answers that considered different insights on pros and cons of the many "choices" that one goes through in buying a car. The dealership offers free oil changes for 5 years as a way to keep in touch with the customer. The car itself looks like a great product and I look forward to driving it for some time.

Discover Hyundai is a superb dealership with great cars and professional,friendly and knowledgeable sales and support staff. Rick an Tim along with the rest of the staff at Discover Hyundai made our shopping experience quite plesant. (I typically hate car shopping) They were professional, patient, courteous, knowledgable and a great to work with. SWo much of the time car buying is stressful but not in this case. I initially put my request on pricing of the Hyundai I want online; then all the dealers flooded in their responses to my email; but one by one, they either opted out or I dropped them; as some of them are not willing to discuss pricing with me on line or on the phone.
